Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks such as employee data maintenance, onboarding/offboarding coordination, HRIS updates
- Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of end-to-end admin HR processes that enhance efficiency, reduce redundancies, and improve the overall employee experience
- Work closely with HR Director, HR business partners, and Payroll to ensure seamless integration and alignment of local HR processes with broader organizational objectives
- Ensure all HR operations and processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices
- SPOC for interface to Romanian nearshoring structure for HR Operations
- Produce reports, SOPs and oversee document lifecycle and records retention
Who Are We Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field OR or HR specific degree
- At least 5+ years of HR operations experience in a multinational/corporate environment (managing day to day HR services + administration activities) with a strong emphasis on process design, optimization, or continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience mapping and redesigning HR processes (onboarding, payroll/benefits, HR data governance, HR service delivery, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and related payroll and benefits systems
- Beneficial: Project management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English
