The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior, board-facing Program Director to lead and expand a strategic partnership with a key Client, with a strong focus on unlocking future growth opportunities and strengthening our position as a trusted, long-term processing partner.

In this role, you will bring executive-level leadership, credibility, and strategic vision to a high-impact program receiving direct attention from a member of our Board of Directors. You will play a critical role in enabling potential migration of commercial card portfolios to our platform and positioning our organization as the stand-in processor for a new Joint Venture.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and executive engagement, you will help transform strategic opportunities into tangible outcomes while ensuring program excellence and strong stakeholder alignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence long-term growth, lead complex multi-party initiatives, and represent the organization at the highest levels of decision-making.

Day-to-day Responsabilities

• You lead the strategic client program, shaping growth opportunities and positioning Worldline as a trusted long-term partner supporting the client’s ambitions.
• You manage executive and board-level discussions with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and constructive challenge in complex strategic conversations.
• You own end-to-end program governance including scope, timeline, financials, risks, quality, and reporting aligned with executive and board expectations.
• You coordinate cross-functional delivery by leading a network of Project Managers across technology, operations, compliance, commercial teams and external partners.
• You structure and progress strategic opportunities related to commercial card portfolio migrations and joint venture processing models.
• You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and orchestrate collaboration across multiple organizations within a complex joint venture ecosystem

Who Are we looking for 

5+ years of experience in senior program leadership roles within payments, financial services, or large-scale technology platform environments.

You have proven experience managing strategic programs involving executive leadership and board-level stakeholders in complex and high-visibility environments.

You demonstrate strong knowledge of issuing processing, card programs, joint ventures, and complex multi-party financial ecosystem structures.

You are capable of leading ambiguous, opportunity-driven programs where scope evolves and strategic outcomes develop progressively over time.

You bring strong executive presence and the ability to challenge, influence, and build credibility with senior leaders and board members.

You demonstrate excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills in politically complex environments.

You are fluent in French and English and comfortable operating internationally with regular travel and multicultural executive interactions.
