The Opportunity

 

Join a dynamic team within the Business & Product Strategy division of Omnichannel Interactions, which comprises over 250 employees. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Product Managers team and contribute to the international growth of Worldline's Contact offering. 

Worldline Contact is a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution that enables businesses to manage and optimize their customer relationships across omnichannel voice, chat, email, AI assistants, callbots, instant messaging, WhatsApp, and more. Your mission as a Product Manager will be to strengthen our solution's market position and actively participate in its strategic evolution. 

 

Day-to-day Responsabilities

As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy based on market analysis and customer needs for CX Agent, a product aimed to augment though AI all the personas using the CX suite. You will participate in coordinating technical, design, and business teams to continuously conceive, develop, and improve the product. 

  

  • Defining Product Vision and Strategy 
  • Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify opportunities and areas of growth
  • Define a clear product vision for AI services aligned with the company's objectives
  • Develop a strategic roadmap in line with customer needs and business priorities
  • Define a realistic and incremental roadmap that delivers value in a short cycle 

  

Product Lifecycle Management 

  • Build a cohesive and impactful roadmap based business objectives and serves your personas needs
  • Liaise with Product Owners responsible for drafting User Stories
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience
  • Work with Product Marketing and Sales teams to position and promote the product
  • Work closely with CSM to priorities client product request that are in line with your product vision 

  

Analysis and Continuous Improvement 

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement 
  • Monitor key KPIs: satisfaction rates, NPS, resolution rates, response times, etc. 
  • Experiment with and optimize the product with our dedicated demonstration and innovation teams

 

 

 

 

Who Are we looking for 

We are looking for people who can drive positive change, move things forward, and lead the way — individuals who are passionate, have a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow. In practice, this means: 

  • You are customer-oriented. 
  • You have significant experience in product management, ideally in the CCaaS domain. 
  • You are passionate about new technologies and market trends (Cloud, AI, Bot, etc.). 
  • You have developed strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and sense of priorities. 
  • You are proactive and enjoy collaborating. 
  • Proficiency in French is essential. English (B2 or C1)
