The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI and Automation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams in this domain.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1/ Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement the AI and automation strategy aligned with the business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and automation solutions.

 

2/ Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models, and automation systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

 

3/ Innovation and Research:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI and automation.
  • Identify and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance current capabilities.

 

4/ Data Management:

  • Ensure robust data collection, preprocessing, and management practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to maintain data quality and integrity.

 

5/ Performance Monitoring:

  • Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of AI models and automation systems.
  • Continually optimize and refine solutions based on performance data and user feedback.

 

6/ Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant data protection regulations and security standards.
  • Implement best practices for secure data handling and algorithm development.

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

At Worldline, we seek individuals who are visionary and capable of driving positive change. We value those who take initiative, demonstrate a passion for their work, possess a can-do attitude, and have a desire to learn and grow

 

  • You Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation with a proven experience in leading and managing AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.

 

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.

Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

 

  • Behavioral and interpersonal Skills :

Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership and potential team management abilities, driving strategic initiatives

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation are a plus.
