Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung bei Buchhaltungsprozessen (Ausbuchungen, Bereinigungen) in SAP.
- Bearbeitung rechtlicher Aspekte im Kontext von Insolvenzrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht bei Transaktionen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Kontenabstimmungen und gegebenenfalls Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Legal und Compliance, Unterstützung bei Audits und Regulatorik-Anforderungen.
- Dokumentation von Prozessen, Klarstellungen und Wissensdatenbanken; Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserungen.
Das bringst du mit
- Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch; Englisch vorteilhaft).
- Zahlenverständnis, Buchhaltungskenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse Gesellschaftsrecht.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse und grundlegendes Verständnis von Insolvenzwesen.
