Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Operational control of the third-party and Inter Company risk process as an interface between the departments as operational supplier owners and the 2nd line of defense (risk, business continuity, regulatory law, information security, data protection) and the associated ensuring of compliance requirements
  • Conducting due diligence assessments (1st line of defense, e.g. commercial supplier risks, LKSG, CSR, ethics, sanctions) as part of supplier onboarding and monitoring. Initial review of risk analyzes (prepared by the responsible departments) with a focus on outsourcing requirements of the 2nd Line of Defense (risk, business continuity, regulatory law, information security, data protection). Ensure intercompany services are delivered and received meeting intercompany outsourcing regulations.
  • Support and advice to the departments as operational supplier owners regarding the third-party and inter company risk process and its requirements (1st and 2nd Line of Defense).
  • Ensuring proper documentation and reporting to Procurement or the 2nd Line of Defense as well as creating topic-related presentations.
  • Advancement and optimization of the third-party risks and inter company process of the 1st Line of Defense, taking into account legal regulations and generally applicable company standards.
  • Ensuring completeness through procedural specifications and initial review of risk analyzes (created by the responsible departments) with a focus on outsourcing requirements of the 2nd line on defense (risk, business continuity, supervisory law, information security, data protection)
  • Participate in projects with subject-specific relevance

  • German Language is a must
  • Bachelor or Master degree with career aspirations towards finance and IT

  • A high level of organization and planning, and being able to juggle many different activities simultaneously is essential.
  • Ability to communicate confidentially and concisely on all subjects.
