Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Bereiche OpRisk Management, Internal Control (IKS) und Incident Management.
- Strukturierte Erfassung und Dokumentation von gemeldeten OpRisk-Schadensfällen im System.
- Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen (Root-Cause-Analysen) und Erstellung von Lessons-Learned-Auswertungen zur Identifikation systematischer Risiken.
- Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Kontrollbuchs.
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Control Self Assessments (CSAs) und Control Testings zur Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit interner Kontrollen.
Das bringst du mit
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Starkes Interesse an Fragestellungen rund um Risikomanagement, interne Kontrollsysteme und Prozessoptimierung.
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt bei der Datendokumentation.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Governance- oder Risikomanagement-Tools.
