The Opportunity
Join our Financial Services team as an Inside Sales Support, where you'll work closely with Client Delivery teams on sales support activities. This role offers excellent exposure to the Financial Services industry within a collaborative team environment of 5-10 professionals, providing valuable hands-on experience in sales operations and client management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support Client Delivery teams with change request activities using Jira and internal tools
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations for Financial Services clients
- Maintain Worldline & client databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate record keeping
- Coordinate change request processes between sales and delivery teams
- Provide administrative support for client communications and documentation
Who Are We Looking For

- Experience with Jira and project management tools for tracking and managing change requests
- Background in sales support, client services, or administrative roles within Financial Services (student candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining databases and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between sales and delivery teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for proposal preparation and data management
- Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
