The Opportunity
Currently, we are looking for an Acquiring Advanced Support Specialist to work with our global accounts. We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. We are committed to continuous improvement. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs, build excellent solutions, and grow customer happiness. We are looking for an organized, innovative, process-driven colleague to join our international team based in our office in Zurich.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- 2nd level customer support for acquiring and administration
- Update systems to reflect contract changes, including activating new services and changes to the customer status;
- Answer product questions and provide answers to basic technical questions;
- Independently process of all kinds of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements;
- Complaint management
- Actively support operational implementation of new products and services, participate and cooperate in projects;
- Execute recurring tasks, including reporting.
