Within the global business line Terminals, Solutions & Services, you will be part of a team working on terminal management solutions for national and international markets.


As a support engineer, you will provide applicative support to the internal and external users of the applications developed within the team. You will also administrate the different tools used internally to facilitate the daily work of the other developers. You will manage incoming tickets (support, feature requests, incidents…) but you will also create tickets and manage this administrative part.

As a system integrator, you will have to configure/update systems shipped to the customers and update the deployment documentation of the different systems. You will also administrate the servers used within the team, on a development but also a production level.

Also, as a medior/senior java developer your mission consists in validating and refactoring java code for the existing and new functionalities.

You will closely work together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues such as architects, analysts and software developers in a family atmosphere. Our development process is based on the agile methodology.



  • review java developments
  • write efficient, reusable and reliable quality java code based on the latest best practices
  • assure quality, write unit tests, advise solutions and improvements
  • participate to the end-to-end validation
  • configure reliable machines to be shipped to the customers
  • provide second and third line support
  • assure customer satisfaction
  • manage ticketing process
  • administrate the tools and the servers with professionalism


Your profile

  • Master (or Bachelor) degree in Computer Science with at least six years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent spoken French or Dutch and English
  • social skills: eager to learn, open minded, a good team spirit, result driven, ability to work autonomously, agile, creative, professional, client-oriented


Technical skills

  • Proficient in Linux operating system (Debian and Radhat), scripting, services management and services writing.
  • Familiar with tools such as Intellij IDEA, GIT, SVN, Apache Maven, Nexus OSS, TeamCity, Wiki, Jira, TestRail, Selenium,…
  • Familiar with JBoss/WildFly application server and Tomcat (development and deployment).
  • Notions on database development on Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL.
  • A good knowledge in the Java (8 and higher) programming language and its frameworks: spring, hibernate, apache mina, bouncycastle, unitils, mockito.
  • A good knowledge in network and hardware management within Linux operating system.
  • Notions of windows server management.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and solve incidents in a critical worldwide used production environment.
  • Knowledge in key and certificate management and in security standards such as ISO 27002.
  • An experience with a ticketing management tool.
