The opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Product & Tech to lead our APIs & Integrations team. This role will encompass both product and technology responsibilities, driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of our APIs and integrations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating seamless, robust, and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our merchants.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for APIs & Integrations that aligns with Worldline's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and growth opportunity
• Establish a Partnership team to streamline collaborations with strategic Partners and accelerate time-to-market for new integrations.
• Work closely with design, product, engineering, sales, account management, and other key stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration and drive product development excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction, including product roadmaps and technological advancements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and secure APIs and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in engineering, architecture design, and product development.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance our product offerings.

Who Are We Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and/or product management. Including 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Significant exposure to APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining large-scale applications and integrations. Strong understanding of modern technologies and frameworks.
• Proven track record of engaging with customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder management.
• Experience in collaborating with senior leadership to shape strategic direction, including product and technology roadmaps.
• A natural curiosity to question the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional products
