For our Petrol & Energy Switzerland sales team, we are looking for a new colleague to take over a portfolio of mainly Swiss customers. You will work from our Zurich office on Hardturmstrasse, together with colleagues from global and local sales as well as teammates from all over Europe.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Support of existing key accounts in the area of payment, promotion of long-term customer loyalty and development of strategic partnerships
  • Analysis of the individual requirements and needs of your customers and development of tailor-made payment solutions in close cooperation with the internal specialist departments
  • Responsible for contract negotiations and achieving optimal conditions that ensure both the interests of the company and the satisfaction of customers
  • Planning and implementation of measures to increase sales and secure sales development in the key account area
  • Observation of current trends and developments in the payment sector, derivation of recommendations for action to ensure competitiveness and innovation leadership
  • Creating regular reports on customer activities and performance analyses as well as achieving defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Control and coordination of internal resources for the efficient implementation of customer requirements in projects and initiatives

  • Market & competition analysis: Observation of current trends and developments in the payment sector, derivation of recommendations for action to ensure competitiveness and innovation leadership
  • Reporting & KPI management: Creating regular reports on customer activities and performance analyses as well as achieving defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordination of internal resources: Control and coordination of internal resources for the efficient implementation of customer requirements in projects and initiatives
