The Opportunity

 

We are looking to hire a Business Controller in the Workforce Management (WFM) department within the Division Transformation & Performance of our global business line Merchant Services (GBL MS). You will support the WFM Controlling manager and own the reporting, forecast & planning process for the scope assigned to you (one or several MS divisions depending on their size).

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Deliver monthly reporting and qualitative analysis of FTE variations of your scope. As the MS organization keeps evolving, your scope may be subject to organizational changes. Communicate the people equation of your scope to the relevant Heads of Operations and Financial Controllers
  • Support the manager on all planning activities (in-year monthly reforecast, budget, 3-year plan) for your scope. Joint collaboration with Operations and Finance is required
  • Contribute to the improvement of data quality of MyHR (SuccessFactors) and Clarity, for example consistency between HR organization and Finance organization. 
  • Maintain close relationship and efficiency with other MS WFM teams (resource approval & monitoring, subcontractor & operational KPI management)
  • Support the manager on ad-hoc requests for data provision and analyses from various stakeholders: Group WFM, Group Controlling, MS Controlling, MS HRD, Talent Acquisition
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, engagement, and dedication

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Strong academic background, preferably a degree in finance controlling, economics or related
  • 3-5 years of workforce management reporting/controlling experience in international environment (matrix organization is a plus), with proven track record
  • Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Curious (desire to learn)
  • Service spirit and team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure / deal with short deadlines and changing priorities
  • Full English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Office (AfO) would be a plus
