Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • You develop skills in customer care, talking directly to the clients welcoming them on board with their new applications and engahncing the beginning of their customer journey. You will also be contact any new clients with an outstanding application to help, support and encourage the client to submit the application to go live.
  • You review enquiries and deal with a range of issues that are preventing the application from being submitted and dealing with any client queries relating to their new account.
  • You build knowledge to identify common queries and resolve these in confidence.
  • Coordinate with the New Business team.

  • You can resolve any queries quickly and efficiently
  • You've got substantial knowledge in customer service and dealing with clients in a professional manner
  • Ability to identify the exact reasons why an application cannot be submitted and take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
  • Motivation and passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as attention to detail, able to document the details clearly in a concide understandable manner.
  • 1 – 2 years working in either customer services or a customer facing area.
