The Opportunity

 

Worldline Merchant Services is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist for our dedicated key account merchants. Our team is a mix of Swiss and Polish members who work closely together. We are responsible for providing an excellent and high-quality customer experience. We stand for high competence, great empathy, and the best quality to fulfill the desired needs of our biggest merchants around Europe.

 

Joining Worldline Merchant Services as a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a diverse international team known for its expertise in the card industry. We offer different payment products and solutions to serve all customer segmentations, such as retail, travel and hospitality, petrol, and many others. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a team that values innovative solutions and knowledge-sharing and plays a pivotal role in upholding Worldline’s commitment to provide best service in the cashless payment industry. 

  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • You will be a Technical Advisor to customers, partners, and contractors in the event of service outages, terminal device malfunctions, or operating software problems.
  • You will do Phone- and Mail-Support for device owners in regards to implementation, functionality, and handling.
  • You will analyze current situations, gathering device,  application- and system errors.
  • You will initiate of first troubleshooting, follow-ups and if necessary, arranging device replacements or dispatching service technicians.
  • You will do administration of material-, service- and installation-requests. In close collaboration with internal/ external technical service desks, key account management, and residential customer services.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • German or French language is a must
  • Excellent command of English
  • IT background, troubleshooting, and internet connectivity are a plus
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Logical thinking and ability to learn
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Ability to work with various computer systems/programs
