Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Technically and operationally support internal customer care teams and external Partners during the implementation phase of key accounts.
  • Act as a key expert for external needs analysis and to provide solutions to your our customers and partners
  • Provide training to clients on platform features and GoPay ePayments products
  • Provide technical and operational support for key account merchants post-implementation or where required if unable to solve in the normal support process
  • Investigate ongoing or new incoming incidents if assigned to you by your manager
  • Ensure continuity of our merchant business by responding quickly and taking correct measurements

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience in a similar position/environment.
  • Very good relational and communication skills (both written & spoken, English & French)
  • You have the Can-do mentality
  • Critical mindset & problem solving
  • Eye for details & accuracy
  • Close interaction with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Development,...).
  • Know what is an API , REST architecture, comfortable with Postman or equivalent tool, know how to read / write JSON
