The Opportunity

 

 

Drive reduction of churn by building an End-to-end strategy and establish a new culture around churn and retention for all SMB markets. As part of the SMB accelerationteam it is up to you to bring all markets on the same improving level by collaborating with sales, marketing, data specialists and customer service.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

 

  • Develop and implement an End-to-End Churn prevention strategy across all SMB markets
  • Create awareness of the potential of an excellent retention programm to all levels of the organisation and drive improvements to optimize customer experience
  • Collect insights on our customer base’s development in order to track volume and reasons of customer churn to build data driven enhancements
  • Leverage Best Practises from the markets into standard processes for all markets
  • Work closely with senior management of MS/SMB (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Product Management)

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

 

  • Minimum 4 years professional experience in a customer marketing, sales or leading customer service role in an international organisation
  • Business studies (bachelor’s/master’s degree) or comparable qualification
  • Excellent skills in analysing and reporting data and creating and implementing action plans of output of data
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset to initiate ideas, solve problems and a healthy dose of persistence. Motivation to make a difference and challenge the status quo and our organisation
  • Strategic and analytical thinking and planning, team player with hands-on mentality
  • Excellent skills in presenting and leading project teams and contributors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
  • Fluent in English
