Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland mainly in written communication using the German language.
  • Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, and implementing contract changes.
  • Preparing customer reporting, and account statements, and conducting reconciliation.
  • Utilizing the available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries.
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners.
  • Active assistance in all areas of the team, including participation in problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Fluent in German (min. B2 level) and English, Polish at a very good level
  • Additional language like Italian or French would be a plus 
  • Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service in an international environment would be an asset.
