The opportunity

We are looking for a senior talent acquisition partner with strong interpersonal skills to join our team in Warsaw for a hybrid work style. If you have previous experience in employer branding and campus management, and you are well-knowledgeable about the Polish market, come join us!

In this role, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the head of your Region, and being responsible for our recruitment activities in Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic. You will work in an international team of highly motivated, internal and external recruiters, Coordinating with different global teams and getting involved in recruiting the best candidates for the work.

We are in a build-up phase and implementing standard methodologies and new processes. Your innovative ideas are very welcome, and you can make a big difference in this role.


The team

We have hardworking and dedicated people on our team who would love you to work with them. We are committed to continuous improvement, always looking for new and innovative ways to increase candidate happiness, develop excellent solutions, and improve the quality of our work. Your team currently recruits more than 300 new Worldliners per year - and counting!


Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • You will regularly work with department heads and proactively identify recruitment needs and sourcing strategies. In other words, you are the dedicated talent partner we have been waiting for!
  • You actively manage open positions and process the team's job requests in our Applicant Tracking System.

  • You manage the expectations of your Hiring Managers and advise them on their staffing process
  • You are an organized, innovative, and commercially savvy
  • You have worked before with an RPO partner
  • You strike the right tone when working with internal colleagues
  • You ensure a positive and balanced candidate experience with a high cNPS (Candidate net promoter score)


Skills we would like

  • You are highly experienced in high-volume recruiting - ideally technical and Customer Services positions.
  • You have proven experience in managing the expectations of Hiring Managers
  • You have international corporate work experience
  • You work in a very structured way and communicate professionally
  • You have knowledge of recruitment trends and a proactive approach to using the latest tools and technologies
  • You have experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking, preferably with SuccessFactors RCM
  • You are proficient in English and Polish
