The Opportunity

 

Connect the payment world with the rest of the world.

All over the world you will find vending machines, charging stations for electric vehicles, service desks in hotels, airports, ticket centers, petrol stations and, last but not least, checkout lanes in stores. They all have one thing in common: they want to sell something and need payment acceptance to do so. Be the one who connects the two worlds. Together with the vending machine/checkout vendors (integrators), find a payment solution from our company that makes business easier and more efficient for our customers. Support the integrator with the necessary tests and validate the solution. Bring the solution in operation!

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • You will support the integrator in the testing process to validate the integrated solution
  • You will support integrators in resolving system defects, acting as a liaison
  • You will directly coordinate the integration process with integrators to best understand and analyze business specifications
  • You will provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
  • You will provide telephone and email support for integrators including API and integration queries, answer product questions and provide answers to technical questions
  • You will work on processing all kinds of requests from our integrators, partners, and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements
  • You will update systems to reflect the required functionalities
  • You will execute recurring tasks (e.g. update integrators with new specs, maintain API lifecycle)
  • You will actively participate and cooperate in projects
  • You will work on resolution and follow-up on customer issues escalating to technical support teams.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • Problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, technology and data exchange: TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, serial communication
  • Customer-oriented experience and a strong client focus is a plus
  • Good verbal and written business communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Organizational and conceptual skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, project tools, and applications, and an affinity for handling applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization
  • Technical education with at least 2 years of experience within the electronic payments business
  • Experience supporting POS terminals and integrations (cash register, vending machines) would be advantageous.
