The Opportunity

 

Join our Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Innovation Team as an SAP Reporting & Support Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Center of Excellence (CoE). You will deliver impactful insights to stakeholders across the organization, including C-Suite executives. Additionally, you will support the End Users in SAP and drive the enhancement and optimization of the System.

Day-to-day responsibilities

 

  • Utilizing Power BI and Excel to craft and enhance reports, specializing in data transformation and modeling.
  • Generating new reports from our SAP backend to meet evolving business needs.
  • Diving into complex data sets and requirements to provide precise, actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Preparing Reports & Insights for Senior Stakeholders up to C-Suite 
  • Delivering exceptional support to end users navigating our SAP systems, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Partnering with CIT and HR IS teams to implement system enhancements and innovations.
  • Conducting thorough testing (UAT & NNIT) for new features, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Leading and managing Change Management initiatives and training sessions.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong experience in SAP End User Support and SAP Reporting Backend.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power BI Data modeling, and Excel tools.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoying collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to working in a remote team distributed across Europe.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for solving challenges.
    • Basic understanding of SAP and Azure Workflows is a plus.
    • Knowledge of recruiting processes is a plus.
