The Opportunity

This role is vital within the Performance Management Team, focusing on developing reporting solutions that meet current and future business needs by leveraging industry best practices and exploring new technologies. Responsibilities include guiding a team of data specialists, bridging business requirements with technical delivery, proactive research in business intelligence, and advocating for technological advancements internally.

This is a technical role - looking to continuously develop our capabilities through the use of constantly evolving technology and tools.

This is a technical translator role – understanding business needs and converting those into technical requirements for the team to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

This is a business engagement role – working to anticipate how to maximize the value Worldline can extract from our data.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Consultancy: Advise operational managers on efficient data utilization
• Pipeline Entry Point: Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks.
• Work Management: Prioritize and refine the team's roadmap for predictable delivery
• Solution Building: Design and create reports using tools effectively and maximizing automation.
• Customer Advocacy: Ensure on-time delivery meeting high standards and documented requirements.

• Experience in building management information systems and delivering top-tier solutions.
• Proficiency in interacting with senior business stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting solutions.
• Ability to comprehend business operations, applications, and data and translate this knowledge for effective reporting solutions.
• Organized, product-focused, and data specialist capable of long-term portfolio development.
• Technologically adept, in exploring internal and external resources to optimize reporting products.
• Curious and innovative, driving the team to identify, assess, and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in end-to-end creation and delivery of business intelligence systems/reports.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and translating them into design and delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with business applications and Business Intelligence tools, including but not limited to Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Power Automate. Candidates experienced with Microsoft Process Mining and Azure data warehousing are preferred.
