The Opportunity

 

The Marketing Technology/Automation Specialist will work collaboratively with the marketing/lead generation teams to develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns. You will utilize the marketing tech stack supporting the overall marketing strategy and execution of the tactical marketing plan. You will be co-responsible for the integration projects of Marketing Automation and SalesForce in new or existing markets.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • The Marketing Technology/Automation Specialist will work collaboratively with the marketing/lead generation teams to develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns.
  • You’ll define customer journeys and design both marketing automation & customer dialogue processes.
  • You’ll co-develop Salesforce roadmap as main marketing representative for merchant services department; strong alignment needed to understand and translate business needs
  • You will be co-owning / co-responsible for new Salesforce and marketing automation implementation in our SMB markets
  • Optimize marketing (sub)processes and set up new automated marketing campaigns through marketing technology solutions in order to increase revenue, nurture and convert leads into customers and improve customer experience.
  • Support and train the Marketing team in the execution of Digital campaigns through marketing automation
  • Be an evangelist to the regional teams about the new way of working, motivating, involving and guiding them through the new processes;
  • Optimize campaign performance through analytics including the use of A/B testing
  • Support Digital pipeline lead generation activities in all markets
  • Work on data related projects such as Salesforce lead imports, segmentation and data cleaning activities
  • Co-responsible for new implementation or further development projects in new or existing SMB  markets
  • Contribute to shape and test new functionalities to improve our current marketing automation & CRM platforms
  • Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce with end to end tracking

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Higher education with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and proven experience of running lead nurture programs
  • Pardot and Marketo expertise: setting up and managing Marketing Automation campaigns, creating automation rules, implementing lead nurturing workflows, and tracking and analyzing campaign performance. Pardot Consultant Certification is ideal, Pardot Specialist Certification is good or any similar certification
  • Good understanding of Salesforce sales cloud, good experience with Salesforce report and dashboard
  • Analytical mindset to understand clients’ needs and translate them in concrete actions
  • Excellent communicator, detail-minded with strong organizational & coordinating skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond effectively to changing circumstances as well as ability to work with a matrix reporting structure across a global organization
  • Good project management skills and communicative and organizationally strong personality with a high degree of initiative
