The Opportunity

 

In this role, you’ll have the chance to shape key processes while collaborating with various teams across the company. You will directly influence the customer experience by ensuring accurate and efficient invoicing for our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with room to grow and develop.

 

Day-To-Day Responsitilities:

 

  • You invoice our customers for our enabling products and services and maintain data for automated invoicing.
  • You analyze working reports from maintenance services in close collaboration with on-site technicians and calculate internal and external charges.
  • You are responsible for quality assurance through control of invoicing requests and clarification across teams.
  • You answer internal email requests regarding the processes and invoicing characteristics.

 

Who Are We Looking For:

 

  • German and English at least at B2 level.
  • Polish at a very good level.
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute various different processes adhering strictly to all guidelines.
  • Ability to work with numbers and high volumes as well as the ability to work efficiently in a complex, dynamic, changing environment.
  • Logical thinking and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with various computer systems/applications.
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
