The Opportunity

 

For the Business Process Architecture team, we are looking for a team member who is designing new target operating models, streamlining and reengineering business processes for the introduction of new products and support to change management. A close cooperation with projects managers, product manager and operational experts in defining, maintaining and optimizing Customer Services processes. This role allows you to establish a broad, international network within Worldline, gather insights about the different market offering and shape the future of Worldline as leading Payment Provider.

The main focus for this Business Process Architect will be the  CAWL project (Joint Venture between Worldline and Crédit Agricole) a success.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

 

  • Ensure the end-to-end processes are in place and adapt where applicable.
  • Clarify the operational aspects in close collaboration with IT architects and operational experts
  • Design and document the target business process in standardized format (including BPMN flow diagrams)
  • Develop the target operating model
  • Close collaboration with the Training and Quality team in order to further strengthen the Operational Excellence
  • Consult project and product manager as well as Functional Domain owners in designing, optimizing and documenting of Customer Services related processes and procedures
  • Initiation and coordination of process improvements and harmonization throughout the global organization of MS Customer Services
  • Representation of MS Customer Services in the strategic programs Estey (CAWL, JV between Worldline and Crédit Agricole) with regard to process design, harmonization and organization
  • Ad hoc analyses, reporting, support and/or lead of improvement measures on behalf of Line,  Program or Project Management
  • Local point of contact towards stakeholders such as the Fraud team

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Knowledge of Business Process Methodology
  • Knowledge on the products and tools used within WL Red such as Sage, SCS and iPASS
  • Experience in defining/maintaining processes, ideally in the context of the COO department
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Full working proficiency in English, nice to have French.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and present outcome to a senior audience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar function
  • Pro-active team player with perseverance in achieving goals
  • Ready to take ownership of tasks, manage them to their completion, and deliver under tight timelines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international context
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and presentation skills 
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
