The Opportunit
In this overall context, the organization of Commercial Acquiring Merchant Services is looking for a Mission Manager in Warsaw for the Acquiring 3rd Party Management & Solutions team. As a Mission Manager you will be responsible to manage missions. Missions are mid sized project with frequent recurring character. A mission contains the gathering or partners requirements, the coordination of interface setups, the testing with partners as well as the going live. Multiple platforms like transaction processing front and back office, interfaces for message flows, terminal management system, network and security are part of your daily business.
A high number of payment transactions from card-present (physical terminals) and card-not-present (eCommerce) is received via 3rd parties today and missions supporting 3rd parties is crucial to the business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage different types of missions (end-to-end)
- Assess and adapt activities and documentation to new situations
- Cost and effort estimations
- Coordinate between Sales, external partners and internal technical teams
- Willingness to understand the key IT platform and their context on a high level
- Coordination skills, some experience in managing projects

- Capability to work on multiple concurrent tasks and tracking the progress
- Feel comfortable with geographically distributed teams (team members in Warsaw)
