The Opportunity:

 

We are excited to invite dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Terminal Sales Administration and Support team in France. Reporting directly to the Head of Terminal Business Operations within our Merchant Services unit, this role places you at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and driving client growth. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 

- Collaborate Daily: Work closely with customers and sales teams on sales orders, volumes, delivery destinations, and timelines to ensure alignment and clarity.

- Sales Administration: Manage sales administration, coordinate delivery planning, and liaise with customers, Worldline teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

- Customer Invoicing: Handle customer invoicing and follow up on payment processes diligently.

- Provide Assistance: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.

- Update Systems: Maintain, update, and optimize our various tools in accordance with established processes for streamlined operations.

- KPI Reporting: Assist management in producing insightful Weekly/Monthly KPI reports that drive business performance.

- Support Client Reviews: Participate in Client Service Reviews to assist the Client Service Manager (CSM) or Head of Terminal Business Operations as needed.

 

Who Are We Looking For:

- Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written, to communicate seamlessly with clients and teams.

- Comfort in customer-facing situations, with an ability to engage effectively.

- A proactive, self-motivated approach, driven by results and success.

- Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience within Field Service and Logistics, preferably in Repair.

- A solid understanding of Customer Service operational performance objectives.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
