Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • You achieve the goals set in accordance with performance management process (KPI)
  • You manage the team and set targets, monitor efficiency and provide feedback to team members
  • You motivate, inspire, develop and train team members – facilitate conflict solving and collaboration
  • You manage strategic projects - tasks transition and migration projects and ensure business continuity
  • You develop capabilities (customer partnership / customer development on German market)
  • You challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvements
  • You keep up to date best practices to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

 

  • Preferable experience at managerial position and/or coordinating complex organizational projects or deputy head role/ team leader role (preferably in financial and/or customer service areas)
  • Working knowledge of  process management
  • German at very good level and English and Polish at a good level
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience in migration or transition of processes will be an asset
