The Opportunity:
The Team Lead's responsibility will be to manage tasks and workload related to the onboarding of merchants from BENE and UK markets and leading the team performing the tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of team's workload and results
- Appropriate reporting
- Regular meetings with the PMs and other stakeholders
- Supervision on the on-going updates on Working Instructions - alignment with the BPA
- Weekly and daily alignment meetings on pilot contracts
- Answering Sales’ inquiries and questions
