Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You input and upload new client account information in a timely an accurate manner into various database systems
  • You make changes and additions to clients’ accounts
  • You obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy
  • You comply with data integrity and security policies
  • You  cooperate closely  with Sales Department

  • Your Italian is at very good level in speaking and writing
  • Your English is at good level in speaking and writing
  • You are fluent in Polish
  • German language will be an asset
  • You pay attention to detail
  • You are positive, with a proactive mind
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • You like working with data and documents
  • You have good communication skills
