Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions for clients
- Work closely with business stakeholders in capturing process details and with the engagement team in implementing / testing the solution, as well as maintenance and change control of existing automations
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code samples
- Collaborate closely with project managers and business experts and support/create requirements
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical training as needed
- Support/Hypercare for robots put into production
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in RPA technology and applications
Who Are We Looking For:
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) and relevant experience; notably working with RE Framework
- Knowledge of other RPA technologies, VB, .NET, C#, SQL, API
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Structured and well-organized, with ability to prioritize in a lively environment
- Strong analytical skills to understand new processes in short time with ability, to ask the right questions and ability to abstract and communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Result-oriented individual who appreciate working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and to work both independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge in the payment or banking industry would be an asset
