The Opportunity

In the context of the construction of its CRM Competency Center and delivery model, Worldline is looking for a Senior CRM QA tester to join our global delivery team. This team is tasked with various development projects pertaining to the implementation of the Sales, Marketing, Customer Care & Customer Onboarding (SMCO) operating model.

As a Senior CRM QA Tester, you will work under the responsibility of the team’s technical lead and of Worldline’s Global CRM Architects. You will be a key component of the team, your expertise being a driver for both internal and external resources working alongside the delivery team.

You can also expect to be involved in the evolutions of our delivery approach and in the structuration of the Center of Excellence : designing best practices, monitoring their usage, building and sharing knowledge with other delivery teams … as such you will be an integral part of the Salesforce & IT community of the group.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
  • Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.
  • In-depth functional testing – Must be able to evaluate functional stability to ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose” through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
  • Work closely with software developers and Product Owners / Business Analysts to resolve issues.
  • Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers and Software Architects on tasks related to the planning, testing, and coordination of release activities.
  • Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.

  • 2+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience and with Salesforce automation testing with Provar or Selenium Prior experience implementing complex workflows on continuous integration systems such as Github CI/Azure Pipeline/Bitbucket Pipelines/...
  • 2+ years of testing experience with multiple Salesforce Cloud projects.
  • Good experience on Selenium Web Driver and IDE and creating scripts in Selenium.
  • Experience with testing data-driven flows through API integration.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Active Salesforce certification preferred
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, French is a plus
