The Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join the MS Enterprise Franchise Sales Campaign Management team. In this customer-facing role, you will provide administrative support to international clients, with the opportunity to develop further into a commercial role.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​:

 

  • Supporting merchants in contracting with Worldline through DocuSign
  • Handle any administrative tasks for merchant activation or orders, coordinating between internal departments and the merchant
  • Helping merchants understand/analyze their AML & KYC requirements
  • Ensuring successful completion of contracts in cooperation with Risk & compliance teams
  • Provide information to merchants in the initial deployment of Worldline services and how to contact Customer Services

  • Ability to quickly and successfully master digital tools (DocuSign online contracting suite)

  • Diligent and accurate execution of processes, owning the outcome with a customer-centric mindset
  • Real team player, working together to co-create, solve, and innovate in a positive team atmosphere
  • Experience with KYC/AML and general customer acceptance workflow is a plus

Full professional proficiency in English required, French or German is a plus
