The opportunity

As a strategic product and go-to-market leader who drives growth and profitability in the region, you will take ownership of critical SMB solutions across the product portfolio for the CEE region. You will be the vital link between local market needs and core product capabilities, shaping end-to-end solutions from market definition through roadmap development to go-to-market execution. This high-impact role positions you at the centre of our SMB growth strategy, where you'll translate market insights into compelling product offerings that solve real merchant challenges and drive business success across diverse markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities

•   Own end-to-end solution – Drive the complete solution from market definition through product roadmap to go-to-market execution, serving as strategic bridge between core product entities and local market teams.
•    Define market-driven solution roadmap – Translate SMB market needs, competitive landscape, and go-to-market requirements into a clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with Worldline's strategic capabilities.
•    Ensure market-product alignment – Act as translator and connector: capture local market feedback and GTM requirements (Digital Sales, Regional Sales, Customer Services) and feed into core product planning; communicate product capabilities and constraints back to markets.
•    Lead solution & positioning – Define value propositions and customer success metrics that resonate with SMB segment while leveraging core product capabilities.
•    Drive cross-functional execution – Coordinate between core product teams, local market teams, marketing teams and any other transversal teams, to ensure solution requirements are clear, prioritized, and delivered on time.
•    Establish clear product-market fit – Develop compelling customer stories, sales enablement, and use cases that demonstrate how solutions solve SMB pain points and drive business impact.
•    Maintain roadmap governance – Monitor market adoption, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics; adjust roadmap priorities accordingly and communicate changes transparently to all stakeholders.
•    Build strategic market intelligence – Stay ahead of SMB market trends, emerging needs, and competitive threats to continuously evolve and differentiate the solution offering.

•    5+ years of product management experience with proven track record in payments, fintech, or financial services, ideally with exposure to Terminals, Acquiring, or SMB market segments
•    Strategic market intelligence and competitive analysis skills with ability to translate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics into actionable product roadmap decisions
•    Cross-functional leadership expertise with demonstrated success in coordinating between core product teams, local market teams, digital sales, regional sales, and marketing to drive solution delivery
•    Go-to-market and solution positioning experience with proven ability to define value propositions, develop customer stories, and create sales enablement materials that resonate with SMB segments
•    Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in roadmap governance, stakeholder management, and translating complex product capabilities into clear market-facing solutions that drive adoption and business impact.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
•    Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
•    Continuous learner with a proactive mindset.
•    Fluent/ native level English speaker
