The opportunity
As a Reporting Specialist, you play a pivotal role in creating and analyzing data and reporting and supporting the Risk Operations teams with operational improvements and reporting needs. You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Gather and analyze data for business cases and other ad hoc purposes
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes
- Recommend reporting process improvements and assisting in their implementation
- Escalate needs for deeper analysis or specialized attention to the Center of Excellence or Risk Office
- Work collaboratively with the Risk Ops teams to standardize reporting across teams
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to the Risk Ops management team when needed
- Be a collaborative team player environment, ensuring that we are working effectively together
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Experience in risk management and business process analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Salesforce etc. Experience in SQL, Python or other data programming languages is meriting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in AML/KYC is a benefit
- Fluency in Polish and English.
