The Opportunity
We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs, build excellent solutions, and grow customer happiness. We are looking for an organized, innovative, process driven colleague to join our Remittances team within Customer Processing Center department. As a Remittances expert you will be responsible for assisting in the activities within the Remittances team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- You correct and post all the pending statement summaries that have been input in our system.
- You adjust all the defective payments from the previous payment run in the bank portal.
- You approve the pending analysis reports.
- You post the payment proposal in our ledger system according to the cut-off times agreed internally.
- You perform the matching and reconciliation of all accounts that the Remittances team is responsible for in our ledger system.
- You check and make all necessary corrections in our system.
- You work accordingly to the assigned cases in Salesforce.
- You create journal entries for clearing our cross accounts.
- You make sure that the payment run is done on the agreed-upon times.
- You generate reports from different systems to make sure control checks can be performed.
