The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to ensure the deployment of ODD implementation projects in the Merchant Services (MS) entities of Worldline. This role requires strong collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders, which will allow you to establish a broad, international network within Worldline, gather insights about the different market offering and shape the future of Worldline as leading Payment Provider. Previous background in IT and a good understanding of data would be a great advantage.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- The first assigned project is the Remediation & Termination stream in the Compass program for Worldline NV. Next assigned projects will be implementation of ODD in other entities. In this role, you connect the dots between the underlying project substreams (population management, outreach, analysis, termination) and you create an end-to-end ODD journey.
- You connect with the project leads of the other streams (tooling and policies) to visualize the total picture and to follow up the depencies of the different roadmaps
- You ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives related to the remediation of Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) backlogs and the transformation of ODD processes into scalable, proactive operations
- Refine/decide on relevant KPI’s and milestones of the project and set up recurring reporting
- Control, alert and follow-up based on its indicators.
- Identify downtimes in the project in order to optimise and anticipate by the adhesion of all the stakeholders.
- Identify and manage the (potential) risks linked to the project (technical, human, financial).
- Work closely together with assigned program management & process architects to implement ongoing continuous improvement & industrialization in the project
- Monitor progress against strategic milestones, proactively identify risks or delays, and communicate timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Centralise all the information to facilitate exchanges between stakeholders
- Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment among regulatory, compliance, technology, and operational units.
- Contribute to the preparation of executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management, board meetings, and regulatory bodies.
- Support stakeholder engagement by organizing meetings, capturing action items, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

- Proven experience in program or project management within regulated environments, preferably in financial services or compliance.
- Highly organized and structured.
- Showing the ability to and a track record of successfully managing projects.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and matrix organizations.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance processes, and automation initiatives is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
