Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Manage global projects end-to-end: planning, communications, reporting, monitoring, and closing.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.
- Establish and oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to the Worldline Strategic Program Management way of working
- Identify, request, lead, and coordinate resources for project workstreams.
- Oversee financials and defined requirements (quality, cost, deadlines) for the project(s).
- Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate the project team, acting as the primary Worldline representative regarding the project
- Proactively manage changes to the project and ensure accurate follow-up, control, reporting, and escalation as needed.
- Serve as a central node of communication for project status across the organization.
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks and issues with mitigating measures, to minimize impact and drive project success.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in product or technology environments.
- Fluency in English
- Good understanding of both technical and product-related areas, including collaboration with development teams.
- Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies, especially PRINCE2.
- Proven ability to manage project delivery, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional teams.
