The Opportunity

The Operations & Support Team enables the Product Management function to deliver end-to-end product outcomes. You will streamline processes, coordinate resources, manage tooling and governance, and ensure efficient execution across the product portfolio. 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Project Management: plan, track, and report on initiatives; ensure deliverables meet scope, time, and quality criteria
  • Reporting: develop and maintain regular management reports and dashboards; translate data into actionable insights
  • Service Delivery: ensure consistent, high-quality service levels for product teams; manage service requests and SLAs
  • Rollout Coordination: plan and execute product rollouts and feature deployments across environments and teams
  • Incident Handling: coordinate incident response, triage, escalation, and post-incident reviews
  • Invoicing: support financial processes related to product operations, including preparing and processing invoices and reconciliations
  • Contract Handling: assist with contract administration, renewals, and compliance with terms
  • Develop and maintain operating models, processes, and standards for all products
  • Support portfolio and resource planning (capacity, timelines, dependencies)
  • Coordinate release orchestration (build/test/deploy schedules, risk tracking)
  • Create and maintain documentation governance (templates, playbooks, SOPs)
  • Manage tooling and data infrastructure for PM workflows (PM tools, dashboards, data pipelines)
  • Deliver data and analytics support (collect, enrich, and report product metrics)
  • Coordinate quality assurance activities (test planning support, traceability)
  • Lead training and onboarding for processes and tools
  • Provide administrative support (meeting cadences, communications, milestone tracking)
  • Assist with compliance and audit activities (evidence collection, process adherence).

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Strong process design, documentation, and governance capabilities
  • Experience in operations, program management, PMO/support roles in a technology or product environment
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and data/analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis and creating effective dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
