Merchant Onboarding Specialist with Czech/Slovak

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform contract onboarding activities including contract validation, data entry, system setup, confirmation, and archiving
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of application data, including contract details and KYC/AML documentation
  • Enter customer and terminal information into relevant systems and initiate delivery, installation, and billing processes where applicable
  • Send activation and welcome communications to new customers
  • Collaborate with Risk and Sales teams, including internal and external partners, to clarify cases and provide status updates
  • Support internal and external stakeholders across the onboarding process
  • Support problem-solving activities and help implement agreed improvements

  • Polish and English skills at a very good level in speaking and writing
  • Czech/Slovak skills at a good level in speaking and writing
  • Ability to deliver reliable results and paying attention to detail
  • Skills to enroll data into the systems with little or no errors
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a proactive mind
