The opportunity
As Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts globally. Your main focus will be to build and run automated lead nurturing and multichannel campaigns that boost conversion. You will act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, supporting regional teams to run effective campaigns while keeping everything in line with our central standards. You will also take ownership of our marketing data by creating reports and dashboards that help us make better decisions.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows, behavioral triggers, and time-based campaigns using our marketing automation platform.
- Collaborate with content and local campaign teams to personalize content and offers based on prospect level data, engagement history, and ICP attributes.
- Orchestrate coordinated campaigns across all channels including email, social, paid media, SMS, webinars/events, and direct mail where applicable.
- Implement cadence strategies (frequency, wait times, multi-touch sequencing) to maximize response
- Employ attribution and tracking to measure channel effectiveness and adjust budget allocation.
- Ensure lead capture and assignment from web, social media and other sources
- Enable local or regional teams to execute tailored campaigns within a standardized governance framework.
Who are we looking for

- Higher education degree with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience in designing automated nurture workflows and multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Understanding of segmentation, personalization, behavior-based targeting, and campaign analytics.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR/CCPA and consent management.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Fluent English and strong collaboration skills.
