Day-to-Day Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Individual Objectives Setting: Align team objectives with product development, fostering initiative and research in new technologies.
- Performance Assessment: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, support team development, and manage recruitment.
- Team Operations:
- Tools & Standards: Oversee data management tools for consistency and quality, ensuring the team is engaged and skilled.
- Methods & Principles: Standardize processes around data handling and reporting.
- Acceptance of New Work: Evaluate new work requests and coordinate the development of solutions.
- Project Planning: Guide project breakdowns and manage tasks and sprints effectively.
- Activity Follow-Up: Ensure continuous improvement and balance workload.
Business Engagement
- Strategy & Direction: Align team capabilities with business needs, facilitating communication between data and operational aspects.
- Consultant Role: Advise on leveraging data for decision-making, acting as a trusted expert.
- Escalation: Build relationships to gain sponsorship and support for team objectives.
- Delivery: Maintain stakeholder engagement to manage expectations and deliverables.
Technol Te Technology Engagement
- Business Systems: Understand and guide stakeholders on current and future business applications, focusing on enterprise-level data management.
- Data Management/BI: Collaborate with data teams to centralize data for reporting.
- New Tech: Monitor advancements in technology to enhance data insights and decision-making.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- You have substantial knowledge on data management architecture
- Ability to evaluate and translate business expectations into business and tool requirements
- Motivation and passion for data management, communication, analytics
- Excellent coordinator, communicator, connecting, able to build business relationship and driving a small team applying Agile method with Sprints
- You master Power BI, Azur and Google Cloud, Excel, database knowledge and all kind of Business Intelligence tools (knowledge of SalesForce, ServiceNOW, RSA Archer is a plus)
- You have 4 years experience in comparable function
