Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Working closely with the HR Head and the business leaders of a specific organizational unit or Service Line, to effectively contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
- Recommending and implementing HR actions in the area of responsibility, which aims to fulfill HR strategy and policies, leads HR programs.
- Supporting the Head in managing the development of the workforce with business management and WFM on a global level.
- Identifying and implementing the needs for the adjustments of HR policies in one's own area of responsibility, based on business and (external) market input and benchmarks.
- Advising on administrative and/or operational support to Global HR Management/Compensation & Benefits. Providing reporting if necessary.
- Advising on administrative and/or operational support to the overall staff. Provide reporting if necessary.
- Providing HR advice and guidance on collective HR issues to managers, advising management on HR related topics in their own area of responsibility. Supporting the introduction and implementation of HR Projects.
- Managing the processes such as salary reviews, Bonus payment processes, and performance reviews, talent development in the area of responsibility.
- Introducing, explaining, and promoting overall HR policies in the area of responsibility; encouraging mobility, individual development, competence/knowledge sharing, and acting as an individual motivator.
- Supporting the creation of development programs in accordance with Global HR policies in the area of responsibility.
- Watching over staff wellness and participating in the coordination of employee satisfaction surveys in the area of responsibility.
- Supporting the Head in providing, executing, and controlling HR budget for the Polish region.
- Managing or participating in HR projects as required.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show what’s next – people with a passion, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice, this means:
- Good verbal and written business communication in Polish and English.
- Relevant University Degree in HR/Business/Law.
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Autonomous and proactive approach.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (O365).
- Strong organizational & communications skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
