The Opportunity
We are looking for a competent and proactive Functional Domain Owner in the COO Department. This role is a domain expert and is focusing on enhancing process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction through the implementation of best practices, automation, and GenAI solutions. A strong collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders (Product Management, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Quality, Customer Services, Sales and delivery teams) is needed. This role allows you to establish a broad, international network within Worldline, gather insights about the different market offering and shape the future of Worldline as leading Payment Provider.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our goals.
- Lead the industrialization of processes by designing lean processes, refining existing ones, and acting as consultant for projects affecting functional domain-related tooling.
- Define and monitor quality KPIs, implement Quality Improvement Plans and ensure that processes lead to great customer experience.
- Drive operational efficiency by proposing and implementing optimized Target Operating Model in line with the sourcing strategy, defining productivity KPIs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Risk, Finance, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Promote the use of automation and AI to enhance process efficiency and customer experience.
- Leading role in Onboarding Automation Strategy and in its implementation to support internal teams in reaching their efficiency and productivity goals
- Consult projects about functional domain related aspects, e.g. for building up a new legal entity or a Joint Venture with a partner in a new market.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices.
- Be influential when making (data-driven) recommendations for process improvements to the impacted teams.
