The opportunity
The DCC & FX Team within /Enterprise/Business Operations ensures for the success of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). We are looking for a DCC Account Development Manager for a temporary period of 1 year, to be based in Warsaw office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Further development of the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) service in the European markets, communicating and executing on the shared vision via DCC.
- Contributing to the development, performance and coverage increase of the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) service in Poland and across other European countries.
- Consulting sales units on high potential clients, on increased DCC conversion and new distribution channel opportunities.
- Deep diving into reports and systems in order to understand the business situation, gaps and opportunities.
- Analysing markets, client experiences & needs as well as, potentials with the processing of large amounts of data.
- Providing DCC consultancy and support towards internal & external stakeholders (at all levels), increasing stakeholders’ understanding of DCC through trainings & education.
- Driving DCC hit rates - conducting DCC trainings and presentations for the front line employees (e.g. hotel reception etc).
- Working in close cooperation with respective sales teams, providing DCC consultancy during the sales process (pre- & after-sales) with international clients, contributing to RFP’s.
- Executing DCC Account and Relationship Management, preparing DCC Account Plans and presenting them to Top Management of our clients.
- Actively participating on internal DCC projects while bringing high value and support.
- Supporting Marketing and Go to Market teams with DCC campaign management activities.
- Collaborating across business lines and supporting colleagues in the team, who operate from various European metropolises.
Who Are We Looking For
- Bachelor degree (or above) with commercial background.
- Experience in client facing functions, understanding of account, sales & relationship management.
- “Hunting” mindset & “go getter” mentality.
- Willingness to meet clients and travel (Poland & other Europan countries).
- An entrepreneurial mindset & approach, proactive & creative in finding new opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, able to generate & analyze reports, being good with numbers.
- Experience in analyzing trends, forecasts and consultancy services.
- Experienced and knowledge of processes in the segments: hotel, petrol, retail, travel and/or luxury.
- Excellent in English & Polish orally and in writing - one additional language would be a plus (German, Spanish or Italian).
- Experience in payments, DCC is a big advantage.
