Customer Service Specialist - fixed-term contract

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our customer service team, ensuring timely and accurate administration of tickets related to customer agreement and license changes. You will play a crucial role in providing 2nd line support to address invoice and license-related inquiries and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

This is a fixed-term contract with the end date of 12/31/2027.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Manage and process agreement-related requests such as terminations, changes, and credits, while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot customer and partner inquiries related to invoicing, agreements, and licenses.
  • Collaborate with 1st line support, Sales, and Product teams to provide seamless customer support.
  • Maintain and update data in the business system to ensure accurate invoicing, agreement, and license records.
  • Implement changes to license packages, pricing and other areas in the business system.

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on invoicing and contracts.
  • Familiarity with business systems like Visma or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

  • You are very thorough when performing your daily tasks.
  • Processing of licenses such as terminations, agreement transfers and prolonging of agreements are handled correctly in the production systems to ensure correct billing.
  • You provide excellent support to internal stakeholders and have the customer in focus.
  • Flexibility and can do attitude are your ground ways of working.
