The Opportunity

Join our Enterprise Customer Service department as a Customer Project Manager, where you'll lead complex global customer roll-out migrations and strategic delivery projects. In this role, you'll drive the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring operational readiness across our organization whilst managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and specifications in collaboration with marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer service teams

• Establish project governance frameworks, including steering committees, KPIs, and milestone planning, to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality parameters

• Coordinate and lead customer steering committees, maintaining regular communication with external customers and internal stakeholders throughout project progress

• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies, proposing solutions to address potential project challenges and changing priorities

• Oversee project closure activities, including deliverable validation, operational handover, and lessons learned documentation, to drive continuous improvement

• Master's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of proven project management expertise in complex, cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across diverse international teams

• Strong adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2®, with thorough knowledge of MS Office, MS Projects, and SharePoint

• Fluency in Polish and English, with preferably German or French language skills; additional European languages are advantageous
