The opportunity:

 

We are looking for an organized, innovative, process-driven colleague to join our international Service team that manages a rapidly growing portfolio of HBR customers and handles servicing of these customers.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 

  • You are located in Poland, but work together with teams in Belgium and India to provide a qualitative service to our HBR customers
  • You are in contact with new potential customers and gather all legal information that is necessary to screen the customers and accept them as HBR customers
  • You also perform checks to see if the customer is indeed trustworthy and that this information is correct
  • You create a case file with all information and deliver this to our Risk department so that they can analyze the customer and accept or decline this request
  • You’ll create a document for our encoding team in India (based upon the feedback of Risk), that will encode the new merchant in our systems, and you will follow up on their work

  • Your English is at a very good level in speaking and writing
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have 2 to 3 years of relevant customer experience
  • You are able to work independently and as part of an international team Skills we’d like:
  • You are positive, with a proactive mind
  • Experience MS Office with a good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with IT systems (Oracle, SAP, Webfocus) is an asset
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure • You like working with data and documents
  • You have good communication skills
