The Opportunity
We are looking for an organized, innovative, process-driven colleague to join our international High Brand Risk (HBR) Service team that manages a rapidly growing portfolio of HBR customers and handles the onboarding and servicing of these customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities
- You are located in Poland, but work together with teams in Belgium and India to provide a qualitative service to our HBR customers
- You are in contact with new potential customers and gather all legal information that is necessary to screen the customers and accept them as HBR customers
- You also perform checks to see if the customer is indeed trustworthy and that this information is correct
- You create a case file with all information and deliver this to our Risk department so that they can analyze the customer and accept or decline this request
- You’ll create a document for our encoding team in India (based upon the feedback of Risk), that will encode the new merchant in our systems, and you will follow up on their work
- You will then onboard the customer and provide them with all the necessary information to become a new Worldline customer
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, good communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office, including good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with IT systems (Oracle, SAP, Webfocus) would be an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
