The Opportunity

 

The Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement team is part of the Delivery Performance function that supports all customer service activities across Worldline’s Enterprise business line. Our mission is to monitor all aspects of customer service delivery, to assess performance and use data led methods to build sustainable continuous improvements across the business.

 

This role is for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the team to help us build, implement and establish continuous improvement initiatives which will deliver improved outcomes for our customers and for our business.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities

 

  • Process Analysis & documentation – working effectively with operators and process experts to assess and document current state and perform root cause analysis.
  • Creating/using data measurements to assess process capability and performance - developing KPI’s with teammates and using those KPI’s to assess performance.
  • Research & represent best practices – demonstrate knowledge of best practice inside and outside the organisation to offer sound and sustainable solutions for improving performance.
  • Developing and presenting clear proposals for Continuous Improvement interventions – build and socialise the business case to secure the necessary sponsorship, resources & approvals.
  • Developing and documenting detailed improvement plans – consulting with all stakeholders & contributors to create, socialise, implement, update and ultimately deliver the improvements.
  • Effectively co-ordinating contributors, drawn from across the business, to deliver improvement plans in a timely manner
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement inside and outside the team – bringing a professional approach to achieving improved outcomes for Worldline and our customers.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Prior experience in a Continuous Improvement role or related;
  • Highly proactive approach, strong communication skills;
  • Experience in process analysis, development of proposals related to continuous improvement;
  • Fluency in English is a must, other European languages would be a plus;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Project management skills would be a plus.
